Clinical Services Coordinator (Diabetes RN, RD, CDE)

Greenville, SC

Reporting to the Clinical Manager, this role is responsible for the clinical coordination of implementation services to Glytec clients. Collaborates with the Clinical Executive Sponsor beginning with the clinical assessment, and continuing through the planning and implementation process to assure an optimal clinical Go Live for our clients. Coordinates activities internally and externally to assure an effective and on-time clinical launch of Glytec products. Functions as the clinical liaison and Glytec subject matter expert during implementation. Follows a standard project plan customized to scope of work agreed to with the client. Works in collaboration with Glytec Project Team.

What you will do:

  • Assist in the development of insulin order sets to support clinical practice change
  • Execution and verification of clinical configuration of Glytec products
  • Execution of downtime strategy
  • Develop and implement education collateral and conduct train-the-trainer sessions
  • Perform clinical validation of interfaces
  • Serve as the onsite lead for go-live events

Minimum requirements:

  • RN or RD license required
  • Inpatient diabetes care experience preferred
  • CDE, or BC-ADM preferred
  • EMR experience preferred
  • 50% Travel



Software Engineer

Waltham, MA

You have a passion for developing efficient, robust software. You have a proven track record building systems that perform well and scale. You care deeply about software engineering best practices including branch management, continuous integration, performance, test automation and automated deployment.

What you will do:

  • Be a member of an Agile software product development team
  • Design and implement innovative applications, features and systems
  • Implement scalable components, APIs and services
  • Improve performance, availability and scalability of application platform
  • Data analysis and modeling
  • Object oriented analysis and design
  • Implement modern web interfaces using HMTL5, CSS and JavaScript
  • Work with cross functional team to define feature specifications

Minimum requirements:

  • Strong programming skills including software engineering methodologies, best practices
  • Strong SQL data modeling and programming skills
  • Strong understanding of object oriented programming and MVC paradigm
  • Strong web application development experience
  • Strong knowledge of web application architectures, trends and emerging technologies
  • Experience with JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX
  • Familiarity with Web Services and RESTful architecture principles
  • Familiarity with Agile software development (e.g. Scrum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, able to work independently with initiative
  • 5+ years experience in enterprise software development
  • BS or BA in computer science, engineering or related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with PHP MVC framework (e.g. Laravel, Codeigniter)
  • Healthcare IT experience
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience with FDA class II regulated software
